By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service.
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with 30 days advance notice.
The only fee is the yearly licesne which needs to be manually renewed every year, we do not auto renew. There are no other fees for the RTFMv2 tool set.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Security Solutions of TN LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Security Solutions of TN LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules in Tennessee.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, other acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, wars, government requirements, court orders, or other unforeseeable causes beyond our control.
